Meet Sarah, More to my story .....

Motherhood came at a young age for me

I started out my adult life as a young single mom to my oldest daughter, It was a struggle but we made it through stronger in the end! I appriecate having a partner to parent with more now because of that experience.

My Love Story

I met my husband Jeremy in 2009 and we were married in 2011 in sunny Vegas in a gorgeous garden in Caesars palace. It was perfect but HONESTLY we wanted to get married on a beach barefoot somewhere, so Vegas was a compromise in listening to other people's opinions. My advice now, Do what makes YOUR heart happy! It's a once in a lifetime experience you both will remember more than anyone else there. Find your beach or climb your mountain or host the biggest party! Just put your hearts first for your story.

He's honestly my soulmate in life. I can see the path that was paved for us to meet and it's amazing how the universe can bring two people together. I knew right away he was my person! He's might be the practical one in life but he's been the biggest supporter of mine, his wife who is always dreaming and following these paths the stars lead me on.

My family

We became a big blended family, as we both had daughters before we married. Im completely in tune with blended family dynamics and extra bonus that brings into your life! Jayda and Emma are both grown up, adulting and out navigating life on their own now. So when I tell you we have five kids it's not that chaotic in my home as you think. Alice is 10. Everlee would have been 8. Thomas is 5. We actually will be GRANDPARENTS this year! Im so excited to be called a Mimi soon!

I have a soft spot for animals! Add 2 dogs, 1 cat, 20 chickens to that mix too. If Jer hadn't stopped me already we would have had a legit farm and rescue center at our home.

The Start of my Business

I started my business just after Thomas our youngest was born. A friend of mine had gifted me an old camera seeing and understanding my need to find healing in experiencing the beauty in front of me.

After Everlee died, we then experienced a two and half year struggle with infertility to complete our family. It was a hard time in our lives. My desire was so strong to hold a baby again, to fill my empty arms and get to experience everything with a growing child that disappeared with Everlee's death. There was a lot of Faith in the power of Hope and faith in modern science that got us to Thomas. He is the sweetest boy that has enough hugs in him to feel like he's hugging you for both himself and Everlee. Holding that miracle boy in my arms after his birth sobbing tears of joy and relief, listening to his cry's on my chest was the most powerful moment I ever lived. That moment was the moment that fueled me with courage that I was capable of more than I thought. I picked up my gifted camera and never looked back. In a lot of ways I think between my camera and Thomas, it allowed my heart to just finally start finding healing. He gave me breath back. My camera gave me a way to express my heart. I found a zest to find beauty in life again.

We are a very open and loving family. Together is our favorite place. We also lovingly refer to our home as our circus. Roll with the chaos as it comes. I love our home being filled up with so much energy and emotions right now. I do relish quiet moments but I have a feeling Im going to miss our circus one day so I choose to embrace and enjoy this crazy time with them right now. And theres nothing better then their big embraces and a million I love you's as they run out the door right now.

We continue to talk about Everlee always. One thing I strongly feel about life is death is not the end in our connections. We openly talk of her, to her, include her in our lives and have learned that through us she is carried in our present moments here. We miss her something fierce and wish with our entire beings that life would have allowed us to keep her here on earth, But we choose to feel her close in earthly magical things that come across our paths. The kids think butterflies or dragonflies bring hellos and kisses from their sister. I find messages enter my heart lost in sunsets. Visits from deer or heart shaped treasures. The day Everlee died and left us from earth to greet her heavenly home all my sunflowers in my garden bloomed. They were late that year to bloom, so I knew without a doubt my baby girl used her love to open those flowers that day letting us know she was ok. It was a message my mama heart needed. And why I continue to search for these small details in life. As her love reaching across times span. We stay connected.

Besides my fierce love for my people and animals

Here are some fun facts about me!

I LOVE to travel!! I think you learn a lot about yourself and set yourself up for personal growth in these new adventures. This is such a big beautiful world and I'm so anxious to see as much as I can and truly immerse myself in new experiences. Grow in new culture experiences. From Hiking up mountains to underwater adventures I love it all! Wherever I find myself, I will research everything and dive into as much territory as I possibly can while making time to sit and watch a sunset or sunrise. We have a running list of places to see from countries to national parks so its become a new obsession with checking off new places while still visiting our favorites!

Things I relish in life are plants and gardening, decorating anything, I love to let my creativity fly in that way, starting the morning with coffee and coconut milk, the blood orange spindrifts are the best, Starbucks shaken espressos, a diet coke, trying new restaurants, sitting around a bonfire, barefoot or sandals, driving with the sunroof down, music, ice cream even though diary is not my friend as I age, time with friends, patios instead of dining indoors, tattoos, sunshine, card games, writing. stories, laughing, fields of flowers, experiences over things.

I adore that this business I started fuels my artistic soul and allows me to create art. Share in and tell stories. Be outdoors under a sunset or amongst new interesting places. Collecting more experiences and meeting more people. It's emotionally driven. Detail driven. And fills me with excitement.

Im so glad I picked up that camera and found my way here. It really was a dream that come true, and Im continuously grateful to be here.
